Director Coordination - Healthcare
Brooklyn Healthcare company is looking for a Director Coordination providing oversight for 2 team leaders (scheduling/coordination/payroll); a total of 14 indirect reports.
110k - 150k
The position is open due to growth (previous person received promotion to Regional Director NYC role; they are still with the organization)!
This is a strategic position; looking for someone who is well versed with workflows, process improvement, running & reviewing reports, audits, training, and identifying new areas for expansion!
Great work/life balance.
-everyone leaves at 5:00 PM!
