About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing ABA healthcare organization in Upper Saddle River, NJ. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals to support our clinical and operational teams. The ideal candidate has a healthcare recruiting background, strong communication skills, and a passion for building great teams. Prior experience in ABA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization
2. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach through offer and onboarding coordination
3. Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fit
4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
5. Post jobs on relevant platforms and utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
6. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback throughout the hiring process
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally
9. Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
10. Meet hiring goals and performance targets in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare
2. ABA industry experience strongly preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
6. Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
7. Proficient with computers, ATS systems, and basic office software
8. Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented

What We Offer

1. Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 plus commission
2. Full-time, stable, in-office position in Upper Saddle River, NJ
