Position: Recruiter – Move Up ABA

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruiting role. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and guide candidates through the full hiring process—from outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: outreach → screening → interview → offer → onboarding
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit
• Maintain a steady pipeline to meet staffing needs
• Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce candidate drop-off
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams on hiring needs

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Highly organized, able to manage high volume without missing details
• Results-driven, focused on successful hires
• Familiarity with Indeed, ATS platforms, and CRM tools
