Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Team Lead for our office in Monsey. This is a full-time position with a pay rate of $40-$45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting and onboarding process for new hires.
• Oversee a team and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage recruitment strategies within a homecare or healthcare setting.
• Provide support and guidance to team members.

• 3 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding, preferably within a homecare or healthcare setting.
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
