Staff Recruiter – ABA Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Recruiter to support hiring for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role will focus on recruiting qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our growing team.

Responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA roles, including BCBAs and RBTs
2. Post and manage job listings on platforms such as Indeed
3. Source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach
4. Screen candidates for certification, experience, and cultural fit
5. Verify credentials and ensure compliance with ABA and healthcare standards
6. Partner with clinical leadership to understand staffing needs
7. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or ABA preferred)
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

1. Experience with high-volume or multi-location hiring
