Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a new and exciting ABA therapy company on the rise, dedicated to providing exceptional services to children and families across multiple states. As we expand, we are seeking a driven and people-focused Recruiter to join us at this pivotal time. This

is an incredible opportunity to step into a leadership-track role and help shape the foundation of our recruiting division.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a full-time Recruiter with strong system skills and the ability to navigate multiple platforms at once. This is a hands-on recruiting role with a clear growth path into leading a recruiting department as the company grows. The Recruiter will

manage candidate sourcing, outreach, and interviews while directing a support team that processes files and assists with lower-level outreach. This position is uniquely tied to placement and scheduling — as you recruit, you will also be aligning candidates

to current cases, focusing on areas where coverage is most urgently needed. That means paying close attention to provider location, travel time, and case requirements to make strong matches between families and providers.

With operations already in three states and plans to expand nationally, this role will grow into overseeing a team of recruiters and building a scalable recruiting function.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and community partnerships.
  • Post and maintain job ads to ensure coverage across all hiring regions.
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, and training programs to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for priority candidates, managing responsive and professional communication.
  • Conduct recruiter interviews for BCBA, RBT, and BT candidates and oversee next steps.
  • Direct the recruiting team’s work by assigning candidate levels and determining which files the recruiter will handle directly.
  • Work in close partnership with placement and scheduling teams to ensure recruits are matched to open cases efficiently.
  • Recruit with an awareness of client geography, travel time, and scheduling needs to optimize provider-to-case matches.
  • Monitor progress and performance of the recruiting process, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and timely file completion.
  • Contribute to developing recruiting systems and processes that will scale across multiple states.

Requirements:

  • Prior recruiting experience required; healthcare, ABA, or behavioral services recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Strong system skills and comfort using multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while also developing structure and systems.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Experience directing others or delegating tasks to a team is a plus.
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role and build out a recruiting division.

Why Join Us:

This is not just another recruiting role — it’s a chance to lay the foundation for a department that will grow as we expand into multiple states. If you are excited by the idea of building a recruiting team from the ground up, leading strategy while staying

close to the work, and taking ownership of a function that will drive the company’s growth, this opportunity is for you. We’re looking for someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to grow into a senior leadership role overseeing recruitment company-wide.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary plus bonus structure
  • Brooklyn office
  • Beautiful newly decorated office with stocked kitchen
  • Potential for advancement and professional development
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment
  • Generous benefits package
