Responsibilities:

• Recruiting: Source, screen, and place candidates in healthcare positions, including Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurses, and more.
• Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, providing tailored solutions, and gaining valuable sales experience through the entire cycle from the initial sale to post-placement support.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better serve our clients and candidates.
