Key Responsibilities

• Communication with customers regarding their insurance policies
• Service and maintain existing insurance policies
• Process policy endorsements and policy changes
• Handle policy payments and related customer inquiries
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and promptly

• 1–2 years of insurance experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Customer-focused, patient, and professional
