LBAPS is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to oversee billing collections and ensure timely, accurate reimbursement for services. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare or behavioral health billing along with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the collections process.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with billing, finance, and administrative teams to resolve payment issues.
• Review claim denials and ensure proper follow-up and resubmission.
• Maintain compliance with payer regulations and internal policies.
• Generate regular reports on collection performance and financial trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing and collections, preferably in healthcare or ABA settings.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing, EOBs, and payer systems.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve collection goals.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
