Our subject-matter experts create original e-Learning content based on personal and professional experience in the exact field. The product is a private, secure, and original security awareness training platform, with a growing course library, accessible to Jewish community organizations.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Partnerships at Arya Connect Inc. The goal of this position is to generate partnerships in a new market.

We expect this person to become Arya’s local asset and expert in the environment, by mapping a strong market analysis, develop relationships with key partners, and generate long-term business.

We are looking for an individual who can use their character, knowledge, and experience in business, community way-of-life, and the security landscape as part of the process. It’s critical that this individual is naturally passionate and driven about our mission. This mix of character and capability will better position the role in connecting with our unique community and success in the role and responsibilities.

Preferred candidates will have the following:

  • A demonstrated passion for our mission of improving security for the global Jewish Community.
  • A track record of having successfully developed institutional relationships and having sold and serviced products.
  • Specific knowledge, experience, and subject matter expertise of the security field and threat environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly independent manner and achieve efficient and cost-effective results.
  • Ability to contribute to product development through subject matter expertise.
  • Willing to contribute in any way necessary to overall success of the effort.
  • Significant interpersonal skills enabling candidate to relate at all levels of customer base, to include senior executives of major organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of the target market.
  • Demonstrated sales track record.

  • Interstate travel expected and covered.
