Gan Ezra has an excellent opportunity for a Coordinator of OPWDD Services in our NYC, Nassau and Rockland locations. Looking for someone with solid OPWDD experience and enthusiastic about leading our programs.

Major Responsibilities include: Managing and directing the overall operations of various programs such as: Respite, CommHab, Family Support Services and Prevocational Programs; including staffing, quality program delivery, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, funding requirements and organizational policies and facilitating oversight of the Division of Quality Improvement (DQI). Must be able to take the lead and maintain a sound quality program.

Degree in Human Services discipline required: excellent communication and leadership skills. Minimum of 5 years experience with OPWDD programs.

Salary range: $90k-130k based on experience
