Director of Sales

Location: Brooklyn office, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri)

Compensation: $120–150K base + performance bonuses

Now we’re looking for a Sales Director who’s equal parts motivator, strategist, and closer to lead our outbound fundraising team and bring in profound impact, one call at a time.

What You’ll Do:

●     Lead, build, and grow our outbound fundraising team from the inside out

●     Write and refine scripts that donors feel, not just hear

●     Coach reps with a mix of real talk, strategy, and soul

●    Own onboarding from smart hiring to fast-tracked training

●     Keep performance high by tracking KPIs and optimizing call flow

●     Jump into the action when needed because you’re not above the hustle
