Job Description

Position: Full-Time Client Coordinator / Recruiter

Location: Boro Park Office (15th ave & 60th st)

Salary: $45,000 – $65,000/year ($25–$35/hour, depending on experience)

We are looking for a full-time secretary to join our growing team as a Client Coordinator in our Boro Park office.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to families who inquire about our services
  2. Guide clients through the intake process
  3. Coordinate the start of services
  4. Assist the owner with various administrative and operational tasks
  5. Recruit clinical staff Help build and grow our team over time

This position reports directly to the owner and includes full training in the field of ABA. It's a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with a newer, expanding company.

Requirements:

  1. Must be organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
  2. Comfortable with phone and email follow-up
  3. Full-time availability
