A growing healthcare organization in Brooklyn is seeking a highly detail-oriented Service Plan Writer to review medical information, build structured service plans, and handle government application filings. This role involves analyzing patient data and writing clear applications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review medical information and write service plans
  • Prepare and file government applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Work closely with coordinators and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:
  • Very high attention to detail (most important)
  • Strong writing skills and vocabulary
  • Good computer skills (Email, Word)
  • Organized, structured, and accurate
  • Ability to handle documentation-heavy work
  • Medical background is not required, but is a plus. Training is provided and expected to be picked up quickly.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (office-based)
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 (hourly-based)
