A growing organization is looking for a Campaign Strategist & Coordinator to take ownership of fundraising campaigns from idea to execution. This role combines creativity, organization, and data-driven thinking—ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture strategy and hands-on coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Creative Thinking
- Analyze existing campaigns and identify ways to improve performance
- Develop creative ideas for digital, peer-to-peer, and traditional fundraising campaigns
- Bring fresh concepts that increase engagement and donations
Project Management & Execution- Lead campaign planning, timelines, and task coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors (designers, printers, venues)
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly and deadlines are met
Data & Performance Analysis- Review campaign results and identify areas for growth
- Analyze donor data and trends to improve future campaigns
Operations & Administration- Maintain accurate donor records and campaign data
- Support ongoing marketing and social media messaging
- Help ensure consistent brand communication year-round
