
A growing real estate firm is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Bookkeeper to support leadership and help manage day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communication
Handle light bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and accurate recordkeeping
Provide administrative support to company leadership
Assist with office operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, and follow-up
Support HR-related tasks, documentation, and special projects
Help keep systems, files, and office processes organized
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in administration, office support, bookkeeping, or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
Bachelor’s degree a plus
