Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support a growing operation that works closely with developers, contractors, and construction-related projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in mortgage underwriting, account management, insurance, compliance, or construction administration who enjoys managing details, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for developers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Coordinate documentation, approvals, and project-related requirements
- Communicate regularly with contractors and developers to track progress and resolve issues
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Assist with compliance-related processes and documentation
- Work with agencies such as the Department of Buildings (DOB) and other regulatory entities when required
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized records and project documentation
- Support clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications- Experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, Account Manager, Insurance Professional, Compliance Coordinator, or related role
- Strong understanding of documentation review and risk assessment
- Experience working with compliance, insurance, permits, or regulatory requirements is highly preferred
- Familiarity with DOB processes or construction-related documentation is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient with technology and common business software platforms

Compensation: $65,000 – $125,000 based on experience.
