LaSante Health Center is seeking a full-time Operations Associate/ Director of Operations to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting in resolving logistical and procedural challenges. The role involves collaborating with team members, maintaining operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Customer Service experience to support patient satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare operations is a plus
