We are eager to announce this new and exciting opportunity with a leading national Home Warranty provider to drive new business and significantly grow the company. As an Account Manager you will use professional sales techniques, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills to acquire new business, and establish and maintain long-term customer relationships for recurring business. You will develop a portfolio in a proven market that is open for the taking and retain a quality client base of real estate professionals, brokers and their staff, residential title companies, lenders, real estate attorneys, and others in the home industry. You will have an ongoing responsibility to maintain existing client relationships and servicing the clients' needs as well as following up to ensure continuous flow of business.

What is this role about?

In this key role, our Account Managers facilitate sales of home warranty plans, regionally and nationally, with real estate professionals who include our plans for new homebuyers in their real estate transactions. While homeowners insurance is a flooded market, it has many holes and exclusions in its coverage options. Home warranties come in to cover many of the home's systems and appliances for perils not covered by homeowners insurance and are becoming a great incentive and tool for buying or selling a home. Needed marketing materials, training, software, and leads will all be provided to ensure you are set up for success. Potential opportunity to travel to meet with big clients (within US).

In this role you will utilize internal resources and your skills needed to successfully reach your performance goals. You will work both individually and in a team environment and will be responsible for driving sales of HSC products to your assigned agents and existing clients. Account Managers drive organic revenue through both inbound and outbound sales, maintain ongoing relationships with their clients for a continuous flow of business, and may assist with major account negotiations.

Here are a few more specifics of what you would be doing on the job:

Receive inbound and/or makes outbound telephone calls to drive sales by presenting and offering home warranties
Promote the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to sign up new clients
Provide necessary assistance to your clients to ensure their success in selling our products
Uphold the high standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, especially when interacting with clients/customers
Acquire and maintain knowledge and understanding of product coverage for application in every business transaction
Partnering with other members of the sales team on major account negotiations, and ongoing partnership requirements
Assisting in issue resolution as needed
Assess individual client needs and implements a plan to meet those needs
Develop and execute a call plan for the area assigned to include calls with qualified real estate agents, brokers and their staff, residential title companies, lenders and real estate attorneys
Build client relationships, secure new orders from new clients, and maintain and expand business with existing client base
Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients
Enthusiasm and professionalism to our clients is a must
Speak clearly and persuasively in both positive or negative situations
What do I need to be successful?

Prior sales experience is highly desirable
Prior knowledge of the real estate and/or home insurance and/or home warranty fields is highly desirable
Demonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities
Ability to persuade and influence others
Ability to learn and effectively interpret home warranty plans, contract coverage, etc.
You are highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process
You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting relationships
You have strong communications skills - interpersonal, written and presenting
You are good at solving problems and decision-making
You have basic computer skills

Salary: Base salary plus commission.

$26,000.00 base salary with potential to make upwards of $150,000-$200,000 with commissions.
