Creative Adult Day Care in Centerport, NY is looking to hire a P/T Program Director to oversee the daily recreational curriculum and administrative duties. Responsibilities include:

* planning and implementation of the daily program

* ensuring compliance and conformity with program regulations

* oversight and recruitment of recreational staff

* development of individual care plans

* monitoring each member's progress toward personal goals

Must have experience working with seniors, mental health or DD population.

Salary commensurate with experience, great potential for growth
