OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Run, manage and plan the day to day marketing activities of the Marketing Department
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Level:
- Work closely with Graphics
- Daily review all of social media accounts:
- Review & respond to ratings
- Rollout resident activities
- Share & update events and improvements
- Property announcements
- General data management to keep sites relevant and engaging
- Research & implement new SM sites, programs, updates and activities
- Daily review of online reputation activities
- Review, investigate and respond to online reviews
- Outreach to tenants and prospects (info gathering, surveys)
- Research & implement new reputation sites, programs and activities
- Actively plan property events & incentives
- Plan marketing strategies and events based on property occupancy status
- Create & implement best marketing practices for property
- Create order effective marketing supplies orders
- Review & manage property website contents (marketing, feeds & pricing)
- Ensure the visual projection and content of the company meet with the company standards and vision via the website management company
- Create employee events
- Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
- Analyze data & compile monthly status report on marketing activities and effectiveness
- Manage marketing materials and supplies
- Employee appreciation planning
- Review Marketing Budgets and contribute to managing financial aspects of marketing tasks within given budgets
Corporate Level:
- General event Planning
- Manage reputation and online presence (website, LinkedIn etc.)
- Corporate branding (with Design)
- Investor relations
- Create employee events
Advanced Projects:
- Review and monitor CRM sources and effectiveness
