New Pediatric Office in Lakewood Seeking Office Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for the right motivated person to join a brand new pediatric office starting in Lakewood as our Office Manager. Job duties include:

Ensuring the smooth operation of this medical practice
Hiring and training medical assistants and staff
Addressing any office staff issues and conducting regular performance reviews
Physical plant management
Equipment and supplies ordering and management
Overseeing billing, banking, and simple accounting
Dealing with vendors and third-party consultants who work with the practice
Troubleshoot daily issues that come up
Be technological and EMR-proficient
Responsible for supervising charting completion and referrals/authorizations completion by appropriate staff
Oversees lab and handles lab accreditation
Oversees NCQA PCMH certification
Responsible for appropriate and timely filing and recertification of NJ state-related certifying agencies and licensure
Overseeing front desk and call center
Close following of office billing and visit statistics
Handles patient complaints and satisfaction

Salary and package commensurate with experience. Job starting in late-February 2020.
