Telerei is a Real Estate Lead Generation company with a proven track record of finding off market deals for real estate  investors. We are looking to hire experienced sales people that are looking for big potential.

 

Salesperson Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing daily work schedules businessnes that can benefit from our service.
  • Through studying the interest of clients, Suggest and recommend content of sales presentations ideas to the Sales Manager .
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity, progress and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and other necessary means.
  • Follow up with leads generated and directed by the company.
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities.
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales to report to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals
  • Continuously improved through feedback from clients and management
  • Participate in mandatory company meetings, including weekly sales meetings.

 

Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, determined, and target drive
  • Proven track record in the sales environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations
  • Expert in time management and personal organization
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices
