Telerei is a Real Estate Lead Generation company with a proven track record of finding off market deals for real estate investors. We are looking to hire experienced sales people that are looking for big potential.
Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing daily work schedules businessnes that can benefit from our service.
- Through studying the interest of clients, Suggest and recommend content of sales presentations ideas to the Sales Manager .
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity, progress and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Generate and qualify leads via phone, email and other necessary means.
- Follow up with leads generated and directed by the company.
- Schedule sales appointments and activities.
- Source and develop client referrals
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales to report to management.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals
- Continuously improved through feedback from clients and management
- Participate in mandatory company meetings, including weekly sales meetings.
Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications
- Highly motivated, determined, and target drive
- Proven track record in the sales environment
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Familiarity with CRM best practices
