A Brooklyn based non-for profit organization is seeking a qualified and resourceful administrative assistant for the Human Resources Department:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Maintaining employee records
-Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
-Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
-Organize and maintain employee records
-Process employee requests and provide relevant information
-Coordinate appointments for background checks
