Position title: Assistant to the Director of Payroll
Reports to: Director of Payroll


Job summary: The Assistant to the Director of Payroll is responsible to support payroll processes and
systems on behalf of the Director of Payroll. The Assistant to the Director of Payroll contributes to the
overall success of the organization by effectively supporting the implementation of all payroll policies and
activities.


Responsibilities include:
? Oversee payroll processes and workflows for these teams
? Assist with implementing and training the team in upgrades, adjustments, and improvements
installed by the Director of Payroll
? Conduct training sessions for the staff and other personnel in the Payroll department
? Ability to run timely reports as directed by the Director of Payroll
? Be the liaison between the team and the Director of Payroll
? Review and analyze reports
? Work with Director of payroll to innovate and create new processes and oversight methods
? Ensuring accuracy by routinely running reports to locate potential discrepancies
? Involved in Adhoc administrative project


Job requirements:
? A bachelor's degree in accounting, HR or business administration a plus
? Knowledge of Viventium, HHA eXchange
? Work Experience in a Related Occupation
? Strong analytical skills.
? Comfortable making decisions that affect the organization
? Excellent communication skills
? Experience in Excel and proficient MS Office skills
? Extremely detail oriented and organized
? Ability to build and maintain rapport with staff members
? Positive and upbeat attitude
