Job Description

Ohel is seeking a well-organized, detailed-oriented professional to work on a variety of IT applications used by the agency, with emphasis on developing requirements for a new EHR system.  Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, creating documents per standards, testing applications and documenting results, training users and providing application support. Candidate must have strong communication skills (oral and written) and problem-solving ability, hands-on knowledge of MS-Office products and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in Health care setting/social services agency, knowledge of medical billing, familiarity with database principles and tools, knowledge of Cognos or other reporting tool a plus.
