Job Description

Position available to work within a residential setting with adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising all aspects of client care, programming, including integration into the community, staffing, and facilities management. Candidate should work well in high stress situations, be a strong communicator, have excellent writing skills and possess exceptional leadership abilities. Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Masters preferred) and experience working with individuals with intellectual and other disabilities required. NY or NJ Driver’s license a must.
