Job Description

Established local real estate company looking for someone to head up their Purchasing Department. In addition to Purchasing, candidate will assist in-house Accountant overseeing timely and accurate Vendor payments and monitor utility trends for spikes and irregularities and work internally and coordinating with third party companies on bills audits and efficiencies. 

No travelling required.
