Well-established company in Brooklyn is looking for a Customer Services/Vendor Relations representative.

 

Job Summary:

 The customer service representative/Vendor relations is responsible for providing effective customer service and communicating effectively with team members within all departments of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

-Ensure all shipments are processed properly by our vendors.

-Answer sales team inquiries regarding product availability.

-Upload information into our system

-Act as a liaison between vendors and our company.


Job Qualifications:
-Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new software
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
-Should be highly detailed and organized
-Phone skills.
