A mission-driven ABA agency located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and manage the talent team that attracts, evaluates, hires, and retains top talent.
Responsibilities:
Lead the talent team in attracting and hiring both clinical and administrative positions across all branches
Partner with Executives and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies and plan for future openings.
Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed at each stage of the interview process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Discover and research original sources to identify the best talent (job fairs, colleges, networking, etc.)
Maintain accurate reports on prospective candidates and status of open positions.
Accurately assess skill and culture fit of candidates.
Partner with leaders to determine appropriate development plans for critical talent.
Maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions.
Manage recruitment budget and oversee relationships with external recruiters.
