Job Description

A mission-driven ABA agency located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and manage the talent team that attracts, evaluates, hires, and retains top talent. 
Responsibilities: 

• Lead the talent team in attracting and hiring both clinical and administrative positions across all branches 

• Partner with Executives and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies and plan for future openings. 

• Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed at each stage of the interview process ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

• Discover and research original sources to identify the best talent (job fairs, colleges, networking, etc.) 

• Maintain accurate reports on prospective candidates and status of open positions. 

• Accurately assess skill and culture fit of candidates. 

• Partner with leaders to determine appropriate development plans for critical talent. 

• Maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions. 

• Manage recruitment budget and oversee relationships with external recruiters.
