We are currently seeking a few ‘Select’ full-time Sales/Acquisition persons for a fast-growing real estate company.

We are a private investment firm based in Great Neck, NY with more than 15 years of experience in residential and multifamily acquisition and development opportunities within the Tri-state area looking to hire a Sales Associate for our Acquisitions Department.

How It Works:

Initially, you will be working directly with our Acquisition Manager. The primary duty will be identifying and sourcing deal opportunities that meet our investment criteria. 

You will be on the phone with clients most of the time so high energy, enthusiasm, and passion will help you - If you are highly motivatedconfident making phone calls and like to dig and uncover information without prior real estate experience you will stand out! - Apply now! You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with:

- Homeowners

- Real Estate Agents

- Brokers

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Generating and closing your own leads utilizing company resources by various sources.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments
  • Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on-market and off-market investment opportunities
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects and act as lead contact for sellers
  • Use the CRM daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Qualifications and skills required:

The selected candidate will possess all or some of the below mentioned.

  • High School Diploma and/or Associate degree (Not Required)
  • 2-4 years of sales/closing experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
  • A real “Go-Getter” Mentality! someone who wants to add value to their life but, more importantly others.
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate, a fast learner, goal-oriented, energetic and have a positive, driven, light hearted attitude.
  • Self-motivated, and results driven.
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

This Is a COMMISION based position *With the opportunity for a salary-draw vs. commission after a performance based review.  

High Commissions paid!!  Easy Potential to make $80,000-$120,000 your first year.
