Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Lakewood 
An established and fast-growing Mortgage Company is seeking a Team Leader to train and manage a team of new and experienced loan officers.

We have outstanding support, training, and a back office with Processing and Closing Teams.

Responsibilities

Coaching and training your team on company programs and procedures, ensuring all loans meet regulatory guidelines 

Following your team goals and tracking individual and team performance.

Duties will include;

Onboarding/training of new employees as well as on-going training.

Coaching the team to help improve and exceed all goals and expectations.

Assistance with Structuring files

Serve as the point person for all questions.

Manage and redistribute workload when necessary to maintain established service levels and ensure a positive customer service experience.

NMLS License and Mortgage experience required.

Managerial Experience preferred.

This is a full time position with a Salary of $100K Plus Bonuses off goals met by team
