A fast-paced construction company in Brooklyn seeking a well-rounded individual to provide administrative support to our office team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Receive and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Data entry of accounts payable and miscellaneous accounting support
- Assist in vendor payment processes
- Obtain and maintain subcontractor and client documentation including insurance certificates, contracts, lien waivers, and W-9’s
- Violations management and maintenance, tracking, communications
- Communications with vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
- Perform follow-ups and obtain payment status on outstanding invoices
- Scan, prepare and send incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist in filing, copying, and editing paperwork
- Maintain office filing systems
- Receives and distributes mail and packages.
- Monitors and orders office supplies.
- Assist in miscellaneous Administrative tasks, as needed
