Seeking a well-organized and professional individual for our Community Habilitation Program to hire, supervise and train direct care staff working independently in and out of the homes of children and/or adults with developmental disabilities. Experience working with individuals who have disabilities required. Candidate should be a strong communicator, have excellent writing and computer skills and possess leadership abilities. Management experience and BA preferred. This position is full-time and is located in Brooklyn with required travel to other boroughs. Valid driver’s license and own car a plus. Excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Salary: $53,000
