** Currently looking to fill evening hours and Sundays. 

**Fluency in Yiddish is preferred but not required. 

Responsibilities include:

• Determining nature of client’s situation by interviewing client, assessing medical, psychological, emotional and social information.
• Establishing course of action by exploring options and setting goals and plan for treatment with client.
• Obtaining assistance for clients by referring them to community resources, arranging for appointments and establishing rapport.
• Fostering client’s action or adjustment by interpreting attitudes and patterns of behavior, explaining and suggesting new options.
• Maintaining records of case by documenting client’s situation and client’s actions.
• Monitoring planned actions by periodic follow-up.
• Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, participating in quality reviews and reporting needed changes.
• Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
