Real estate management office in the 5 towns, looking to fill two positions:
1) Full time administrative assistant. Responsibilities include, data entry, corresponding with tenants and city agencies, and general office work. Must be organized and a multitasker.
2) Part time or full time bookkeeper, to handle accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and interaction with vendors.
Real estate experience and knowledge of AppFolio a plus.
