Seeking experienced Administrative Assistant to work full-time in the Human Resources and Training Departments at Ohel. Successful candidate should possess excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating applicant database, posting jobs; assistance with organization and implementation of professional trainings; tracking registrants; researching potential presenters; assistance in scheduling and implementing staff events and trainings.  Experience in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. This full-time position in located in Brooklyn. 

Salary: $50,000
