Golden Steps ABA is a Health Care Company, that delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide individualized services in the home and in school to assist individuals up to 21 years of age, work on specific skills, and behaviors. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality of care. 

The Case Manager is responsible for the scheduling and growth of staff along with client growth throughout the designated state, through working with departments in the corporate office and reporting to the State Director.  The Case Manager will be responsible for implementing effective systems in collaboration with the State Director, that will optimize scheduling and client growth in their state in the best way they see fit. Keeping in mind that maximization, understanding, and communication are the main goals to ensure success in daily operations.  

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage schedules and cancellations of staff in designated state.
  • Act as liaison between families and therapists when needed. 
  • Update respective excel sheets in system.
  • Ensure the utilization of client hours and therapists’ availability. 
  • Work alongside recruiting department to ensure available hires.  
  • Strategic planning to grow state and maximize caseloads. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to build and enhance internal strategies.
  • Receive and respond to patient communications.
  • Collect consents and ABA paperwork from patient’s families.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details.
  • Record all changes and communications to patients’ accounts, as necessary.
  • Maintain efficient appointment scheduling, waitlist, registration, patient flow and discharge procedures to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Handling any/all clients issues with sensitivity and strict confidentiality.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
