About the Role:
Cheder Menachem of Mount Pleasant is seeking dedicated and energetic Bochurims to serve as Shluchim for the upcoming school year. As a Bochur Shliach, you will play an important role in the chinuch and chassidishe development of our talmidim while gaining valuable experience in shlichus and community engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with classroom learning under the guidance of the Rebbeim and staff.
Provide individual support to talmidim in both limudei kodesh and chassidus.
Serve as positive role models, inspiring the boys through chassidishe conduct, farbrengens, and personal example.
Lead and organize extracurricular programs such as mivtzoim, Shabbos programs, and Yom Tov activities.
Support the Cheder’s outreach efforts in the wider community where appropriate.
Work as part of a team with fellow Bochurim and staff to create a warm, chassidishe environment.
Morning routine and lights out routine
A second set of Bochur Shluchim will be assisting a life skills program.
Assisting the life skills program director, assisting a life skills program in the afternoon.

Qualifications:
Bochurim with strong chassidishe values, yiras Shamayim, and a desire to give of themselves in shlichus.
Ability to connect with and inspire children in a personal and meaningful way.
Responsible, mature, and able to balance personal growth with the needs of the talmidim.
Previous experience with teaching, tutoring, or running programs for children is a plus but not required.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and a team player.
