Job Description

We are seeking a ChillZone Menahel to get involved in our over 80 thriving ChillZone locations across the USA and turn them into thriving kiruv centers. More than just the kids having a great time each week, we want the parents and entire family to be drawn in through ChillZone and to get involved in Oorah and its many kiruv programs. The Menahal builds the strategy, gives the training, and sets the culture to make this shift happen across more than 80 ChillZone sites.

ChillZone is a weekly Motzei Shabbos kiruv program for kids ages 8-15. 

Responsibilities: 

. Serve as the Manhig Ruchni for all staff and volunteers, including Chief Chillers, Head Chillers, and general ChillZone staff.

. Build and implement a clear plan to engage parents and families at every ChillZone location.

. Train Chief Chillers, Head Chillers, and volunteers to understand that engaging parents is part of their mission.

. Work with staff to follow up with parents, connect them to Oorah’s programs, and create a path for continued growth.

. Shape the mindset across all locations so ChillZone is viewed as a full family center, not a drop-off program.

Full-time Lakewood NJ + Travel

Salary: $75K plus dependent on responsibilities and experience.
