Job Description

We are seeking a mission-driven leader to inspire and guide teams of volunteer Chief Chillers nationwide, empowering them to turn their ChillZone locations into impactful outreach hubs that help kids and families grow in their Yiddishkeit.

(ChillZone is a weekly Motzei Shabbos kiruv program for kids ages 8-15.)

Responsibilities: 

• Recruiting and training Chief Chillers
• Providing ongoing mentorship and inspiration both remotely and on-site
• Traveling to communities to strengthen relationships
• Advance Oorah’s kiruv mission through meaningful, relationship-based outreach

Full-time Lakewood NJ Paid Position – Travel Required

Salary: $75K plus dependent on responsibilities and experience.
