Menahel of ChillZone Outreach

Seeking a dynamic Leader to develop and grow adult volunteers at multiple kiruv locations nationwide, to help build them into thriving kiruv centers that engage children, parents and families.

Enhance our ChillZone venues through strong leadership, training and setting of the ruchniyus culture.

(ChillZone is a weekly kiruv program for kids ages 8-15.)

Responsibilities: 

• Recruiting and training Chief Chillers
• Providing ongoing mentorship and inspiration both remotely and on-site
• Traveling to communities to strengthen relationships
• Advance Oorah’s kiruv mission through meaningful, relationship-based outreach
• 
  

Full-time Lakewood NJ – Travel Required (TBD)

Salary: $75K plus dependent on responsibilities and experience.
