Congregation Beth Aaron of Teaneck seeks an enthusiastic part-time Youth Director to lead and grow engaging Shabbat, holiday, and educational programming for children and teens in our vibrant synagogue community. The ideal candidate has experience working with Jewish youth, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for inspiring the next generation of Jewish life. This role can be filled by an individual or couple.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop programming for youth
• Engage with children and teens during Shabbat and holiday events
• Collaborate with community members to enhance educational offerings
