We are looking for a candidate with common sense, flexibility, and great problem solving skills to fill this important role for our Brooklyn offices as a Front Desk Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise Front Desk receptionists
2. Interact with the patients and managers of other dept. to ensure patient satisfaction
3. Ensure that staff is collecting data and is accurately recorded in the various computer programs including demographic and insurance data.
4. Manage training of staff to support the function
5. Works with proper staff to ensure proper coverage for providers when they are out during hours of operation.
6. Manage training of the staff.
