Sophisticated law firm with offices in Long Island, Brooklyn, and New Jersey with diverse practice groups including Litigation, Real Estate, and Corporate is actively looking for a Legal Assistant for its Cedarhurst location.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and archiving documents related to completed and ongoing cases
- Keeping track of changes in the legal framework and providing timely updates
- Managing general administrative needs such as maintaining attorneys’ calendars, emails, and phone calls
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years’ experience in office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
