Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts and leases.

• Prepare lender and investor notices.
• Draft operating agreements and legal documents.
• Review commercial lease agreements.

• Experience with healthcare law.
• Transactional law experience.
• Litigation experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
