Overview

Roth&Co is seeking a seasoned paralegal with strong legal writing skills, ideally someone with nonprofit experience. This is a billable, client-facing role that requires professionalism and confidence in a service-oriented environment. The position is open to candidates in either Lakewood, NJ, or Brooklyn, NY with a preference for Lakewood for training purposes. We are looking for someone committed to a long-term career as a paralegal.

Responsibilities

• Legal document preparation
• Legal research
• Assisting legal professionals in various tasks
• Document review
• Maintaining attention to detail in all work

Requirements

• Experience in nonprofit organizations is preferred
• Ability to operate professionally in a client-facing role
• Commitment to the paralegal track long-term
