About the Company
We are a social media agency working primarily with Pro-Israel and Conservative influencers on YouTube. Our work covers the full content lifecycle—from planning and content strategy, to editing and post-production, to publishing directly on YouTube. We also manage and support content across other social media platforms.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly efficient Social Media Content Coordinator / Planner to support content strategy, coordination, and execution for our clients. This is a flexible role that may evolve over time and can include multiple responsibilities related to content sourcing, planning, coordination, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Find relevant content and/or news articles on social media for influencers to comment on
- Coordinate content ideas and communicate them clearly and efficiently with clients
- Assist with managing Instagram and other social media accounts
- Support the content workflow from planning through publishing
- Help ensure content is organized, scheduled, and executed according to internal processes
- Work with internal standards and training materials to maintain consistency and quality
Required Skills & Experience- Experience using Canva or another image editing application
- Ability to learn quickly and apply processes and standards from training materials and direct guidance
- Experience using CapCut or other video editing applications
- Experience posting on all major social media platforms
- Some experience with sales calls or onboarding calls
Bonus Qualifications- Experience using AI tools in any capacity
- Experience creating YouTube video thumbnails (professionally or personally)
- Familiarity with themes and styles common in Jewish-focused video content
What We Offer- Full-time position with a hybrid work structure
- Office based in Crown Heights, Brooklyn
- Salary range of $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience
