Job Overview

Keren Yeshua is seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Development & Growth Director to help lead our next stage of growth. This is more than a fundraising position. We're looking for someone who can help expand our donor base, strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, grow our social media presence, and develop creative strategies that advance our mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies.
• Cultivate major donors, foundations, and community partnerships.
• Lead marketing, social media, and outreach efforts.
• Help create and execute new initiatives that promote organizational growth.
• Work closely with the Executive Director to build Keren Yeshua's long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Proven success in nonprofit development and fundraising.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated.
• Experience in marketing and social media is a plus.
