We are seeking a driven, fast-paced, and adaptable Recruiter with strong healthcare recruiting experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment with shifting priorities and a high volume of positions to fill daily. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of healthcare roles, including Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Medical Assistants etc, Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and interview a high volume of candidates for various positions each day. Additional tasks include utilizing recruiting platforms and social media tools to source top talent.
Requirements:
2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience is required.
Strong track record filling diverse healthcare roles.
Tech-savvy and proficient with recruitment platforms
Social media recruiting experience is a plus.
Flexible, quick learner with excellent multitasking skills.
Comfortable conducting numerous interviews daily across a wide range of positions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
